Starters

• Baked Camembert & Pancetta (V option available) — Whole baked Camembert topped with crispy pancetta, served warm with rosemary-studded focaccia for dipping. Vegetarian without the pancetta

• Salmon & Prawn Cocktail — Flaked salmon and juicy prawns on crisp gem lettuce, with Marie Rose sauce and buttered brown bread

• Creamy Chestnut Soup — A rich, velvety winter soup of roasted chestnuts, served with warm crusty bread

Mains

• Traditional Roast Turkey — Bacon-wrapped turkey with pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, cranberry sauce and rich gravy

• Salmon en Croûte — Fillet of salmon baked in golden puff pastry, with sautéed new potatoes and buttered winter greens

• Butternut & Cranberry Wellington (V) — Roasted butternut squash and cranberry wrapped in flaky pastry, served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy

Desserts

• Lemon Curd Parfait — A light, zesty lemon curd parfait topped with candied winter berries

• Christmas Pudding — Rich, fruity traditional pudding served warm with brandy sauce

• Cheese Board (£5 supplement): A selection of fine cheeses with crackers, chutney and grapes

To finish

• Coffee & Mince Pies — Freshly brewed coffee or tea with warm homemade mince pies
